Be inspired by the powerfully tender performance of this esteemed songwriter. Murray Kyle has emerged as a highly respected musician in the Australian roots music scene, and is based in the tiny town of Uki in Northern NSW, a creative epicentre of lush valleys and mountains.

His music honours the connection we all share as humanity, carrying a conscious message for these changing times and inspiring joy and positive awareness into the listener. A multi-instrumentalist, Kyle’s song writing inspiration developed as he travelled the world, and added guitar, yidaki, woodwinds and percussion to his trained piano skills.

Murray has released his fourth album – Mountain Song. Written, recorded and produced in the lush setting of Uki, this album blends a mystical shamanic sound with devotional soul, a dash of R&B and positive roots vibes. Mastered by Micheal Worthington, Mountain Song takes the listener on a journey into the heart of exist-dance, and is the coming of age of Murray Kyle, igniting his flame within the Australian music industry. From festival stages to intimate events, Kyle’s music connects and uplifts; his performances are a soundscape of passionate storytelling. He has toured the coasts of Australia, both solo and collaborating with the likes of Saritah and Loren, and is well known for his vocals in the electronic fusion group Mystic Beats.. Kyle’s magical sounds have graced the stages of major Australian festival including Peats Ridge, Woodford Folk Festival, Island Vibe, Rainbow Serpent and Exodus, as well as international events in California, Hawaii, the UK and Bali.
